Service Description

This session will provide a gentle but invigorating workout, followed by a relaxing meditation. We will focus on different exercise techniques each week (e.g. resistance, pilates, bands, bodyweight, yoga) and different meditation techniques (e.g. yoga nidra, guided, sound healing, breathwork).
