We're here to get rid of all that - with a no-nonsense, no-ego, no-filter, friendly approach to help newcomers to breathwork and meditation learn to relax into the beauty and science of stillness. Tone your vagus nerve, regulate your nervous system, and reap the many physical, emotional and mental benefits of regular practice. This course will provide you with professional guided support and a warm and friendly environment, to gain all the confidence and know-how you need to undertake breathing and meditative practices in a safe, effective way. Suitable for absolute beginners or those who have tried a few approaches but are yet to build a regular personal practice, this is a great opportunity to learn with qualified Meditation and Breathwork Coaches in a friendly and supportive environment, to find your stillness and peace.
