Fitness Class - Bodyweight Workout
FREE SESSION! Gentle strength and fitness with bodyweight circuits!
Service Description
This session is a gentle but effective workout to build strength and mobility, with all exercises using your own bodyweight to activate muscles, improve strength and tone, and improve cardiovascular and respiratory health. You will be guided through simple but effective movements, with progressions and regressions to suit all ages and abilities (under 16s must have parental approval, under 13s must be accompanied to class by a participating adult). These classes will continue until the end of October, when they will be replaced by light weight resistance classes, and will be repeated in 2026. Please note - classes are every FRIDAY and SUNDAY at 10am. Please search the calendar for session dates and booking opportunities, and please ensure to book onto every session that you wish to attend.
