Service Description

This six-week course led by qualified PTs is designed for absolute beginners to weightlifting, and will be the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to use 'free weights' to improve strength, and overall strength, health and fitness. Preservation of lean muscle mass is one of the most crucial elements for improving health and longevity, and avoiding illness and infirmity, so introducing a simple free weight routine whether at home or at a gym, is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your health.
